2. Then simply pop in store, giving your name and order number to a member of staff.
EU STANDARD DELIVERY | £14.00
Orders will usually be delivered within 5 - 7 days. Parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and will require a signature on delivery.
REST OF THE WORLD | £18.00
Orders will usually be delivered within 7 - 10 days. Parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and will require a signature on delivery.

SALES TAX AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check with your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the order is returned to us within 28 days of dispatch. Item(s) must be in new and unworn condition with all packaging and tags still attached. Underwear must be worn when trying items on and goods must be clean and free from odours. We cannot accept any used or or worn items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
For all returns and exchanges, please complete the Return Form ensuring the reason for return/exchange is filled in. Should you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the style, colour and size you would like to exchange it for. If you would like some advice on exchanging an item we'd be more than happy for you to return it to store and we'll help you with fitting or call us and we'll try our best to help.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost in transit. Please ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover, especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
If you are returning an order from outside the EU please ensure that the package is clearly marked 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS'. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes or duties incurred outside the UK.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 days from receipt. We will email a confirmation once the refund is made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you, which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.
