Eating Disorders Uncovered: Tickets for Thursday 26th May at 7.30 pm

Thank you for coming along to ‘Let’s Talk Eating Disorders’, we hope you found it useful. As a team, we all felt humbled to be part of the sharing of distress, as well as witnessing the positive supportive steps many of you are taking. 

Therefore, we would like to invite you to a follow-up event, ‘Eating Disorders Uncovered’ At this workshop, Penny and Fiona would like to offer some enhanced practical tools which will also address some of the issues and learn from the shared Q&A. At this stage, as this is a pilot, we are aiming to just include you as the first group of mums we are working to support. We hope that this space will feel safe, supportive and confidential Fiona will share some practical techniques that take a few minutes of your time and aim to teach you simple strategies to enable you to access your own calmness, so you feel better & more resourced to cope with the challenges you are facing. Penny will focus on how you can show up for your young ones and manage the tightrope of encouraging eating whilst showing understanding and acceptance of the illness.
